What will you do when…?

Imagine this:

Your career is on an uphill trajectory

You are demolishing all the goals you set yourself

Your mental, emotional and physical health are thriving

You are in a place in your life filled with abundance

Time yourself for 3 minutes and just imagine this.

How would it feel like?

How long did it take you to come up with reasons why this cannot happen?

How many barriers did you identify?

Many of us have a hard time accepting the good or believing that we are deserving of an amazing life. So even when our lives are going well, we are constantly waiting for something to happen that will strip us of the fruitful period we are in.

Anxiously anticipating the future can distract us from being present and enjoying the space we are currently in. If you spend all your time riddled with fear and anxiety about what is to come, you rob yourself the enjoyment of all the good that happens to you.

Consider the specific example in your own life that came up for you while reading this blogpost.

What will I do when everything goes well?

Over the next week, challenge yourself to notice when you feel good. Then STOP and bask in those moments freely and whole-heartedly.
