MORERO is a coaching practice that holds space for women to unlock clarity, build confidence and cultivate conviction to create joyful careers.
OUR OFFERING
The coaching process will see coachees gain deeper clarity of their current status, define or redesign their career intentions and goals, design and implement actions that will ensure success and, cultivate and practise healthier habits, behaviours and rituals.
The coaching process does not include any offers of advice. Instead, through powerful questions, distilled reflections and deep presence, the coach creates a safe environment for women to unlock high quality thinking and reflection.
One-on-one coaching series
MORERO offers individual career coaching delivered in a series of either six, eight or ten coaching conversations (prices below). The first session is 2.5 hours long and the remaining sessions are an 1 hour each.
The coaching series is ideal for women that want to define or refine a career intention or goal, and invest time into achieving it. The coach will both support and hold you accountable to the coaching journey.

MORERO provides custom career coaching services to organisations .These include Allan Gray Orbis Foundation, Oribi Incubator, NextUp Arch Retail Solutions and Building Blocks Entrepreneurial Academy. The coaching services offered range from group coaching to women in entrepreneurial training and incubation programmes, group coaching for women in professional jobs and one-on-one career coaching with individuals with the organisation. Hello, I’m Lerato!
Certified coach*, labour economist and joy enthusiast.
As your coach, I partner with you on your career journey, creating and holding space for you to (re)-create a career that is wholly yours, abundantly joyful and rooted in purpose.
I combine a structured coaching methodology with deep presence, effective use of powerful questioning and distilled reflections for you to enhance the quality of your thinking, generate new insights and commit to the actions that will deliver the required change.
*My certification is from Thoughtsmiths Coach Training School. I’m currently a member of Coach and Mentors South Africa (COMENSA) and I am pursuing an accreditation with the International Coach Federation.
